
Wear comfortable clothes that you can move in!
Layers are key so you can strip down as your body heats up.
Women, wear a supportive sports bra. (My favorite is Champion for the support and specific sizing.)
FOR CLASS, Wear a tank top or tshirt and lightweight sweatshirt and shorts or capri pants or leggings.

Make sure your legs and hips are free to move in every direction!
SHOES!
Supportive, cushioned shoes that allow freedom of movement in every direction are recommended.
Dance sneakers are the best, and aerobics shoes are also good.
Running shoes do not allow side to side movement and may lead to injury.
